I am Peter Feacey and I am running for re-election in Godinton. I have a long history of serving this community and working hard to improve it.
I have been a councillor for 20 years and have lived on Godinton Park for 41 years. I am married with three children.
My background is in business and the environment. I worked for Tesco as a manager for 25 years and now own an alternative fuel company that promotes environmentally friendly fuels.
I am a cabinet member and the chairman of the Ashford International Development Company that is currently delivering the film studios. This project will create jobs, boost tourism and showcase Ashford's creative potential.
I am also the chairman of the Ashford Volunteer Centre and have volunteered there for 20 years. I believe in giving back to the community and supporting those in need. Before that I was a school governor at Towers Secondary School for 11 years.
I am passionate about making Ashford a better place to live, work and visit. Only with your support in the upcoming election can I continue this important work.
