Where do I send my form?
After completing the form, you’ll need to print it, sign it, and send it back to your local electoral registration office.
You can find the address by entering your postcode in the 'Your local area' on the top-right of this page.
If you are in England, Scotland or Wales and want to vote by post at the 2015 UK general election, you must submit a postal vote application form to your local authority by 5pm on Tuesday 21 April.
If there isn't time for you to return a postal voting application form by post you can deliver it by hand or send a scan of the completed and signed form via email.
To find the contact details for your local authority enter your postcode in the pink 'Your local area' box. If you are concerned about your form arriving on time, contact your local authority for further advice.
